Seiyunchin

Seiyunchin is a kaishu kata meaning a kata with open hands or a specialist kata

and is the   4th Kata in the Shimbukai Goju-Ryu Karate syllabus 

Goju-Ryu’s founder, Chojun Miyagi, who learnt it from his teacher, Kanryo Higaonna. Its name translates to “To control & pull,” and unlike other katas, does not have any kicks. It focuses on close-quarters combat, and unbalancing your opponent
